What is a CEL consultant?
CEL Consultants give our clients access to a deep levels of expertise combined with the ability to make things happen. For most of companies this combination would be difficult or too costly for them to retain in-house.
Consulting in Supply Chain & operation is a project based work which implies the design of a new system, the research on a specific market or the improvement a given organization.
In CEL, the consultant is a professional with 3 parts:
- The Facilitator
- The Expert
- The Business Developer
The expert grows with years of experience on numerous projects, while the facilitator can express itself with the help of active, creative and rigorous personality from the early stage of its career. The facilitator helps the things to happen, whereas the Expert identifies the right thing to do. Both progressively develop within the consultant, always aiming at client satisfaction. The 3rd part of a consultant is the Business Developer. He/she continuously strives for generating new projects, attracting new clients, developing new services or communicates about the CEL capabilities. For this particular part, the technical skills is not the biggest asset, the capacity of developing relationships is.
